Event Planning and Communications Toolkit
UNC Charlotte’s College of Health and Human Services and its departments, centers and programs host dozens of campus and community events each year. These range from conferences to lunch-and-learns to lectures.
These tools are designed to help you accomplish the goals you set for your events.
This site includes event planning resources, templates and materials for every type of event as well as a communications toolkit to help market and promote your events.
You will want to familiarize yourself with the FAQ section that cover issues ranging from contracts, to parking, to reserving rooms, to working with volunteers, and marketing. Please note that any marketing collateral that includes the CHHS logo should be sent for review to Wills Citty, Director of Communications at wcitty@charlotte.edu.
